seventh meal! for my fellow diet-bros
(this makes 2 pies, one pie serves 3 so 2 pies serves 6)
what you need
- 2 cans of black beans
- bag of shredded cheese
- sour cream
- 3 large tomatoes diced and cleaned
- 10 large burrito sized tortillas
- 3 Avacados diced
- 4-5 large chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- olives diced
- you can add things your partial to on a taco
- oil spray
get a skillet, and spray lightly and tan all your tortillas on one side. take a round pizza pan and spray it, and lay your first tanned tortilla. put a generous dollop of sour cream in the center and spread on the whole tortilla evenly. then portion evenly your ingredients, and cheese it. lay new tortilla on top and repeat 5 times. this will give you a 5 layered pie. 2 of them.
set oven to 400 and bake for 20 min
