I never saw TLK in theaters when I was a little kid. My first impressions of it were tv ads to announce it's release to VHS while on some vacation or other. I didn't know a thing about it but I knew I just had to see it. My mom bought me a VHS tape (Like one of the four Disney ones we had. Our collection was terrible.) I watched the heck out of that thing. I used to be able to quote the movie but I haven't seen it in quite a while so I may have lost that ability haha.

Simba was definitely my favorite when I was little, based solely on how cool he looked. Now that I'm older he kind of annoys me for his avoidance of responsibility and all that. Nowadays my favorites are definitely Sarabi and to a lesser degree Nala. So cool.
