I believe at the time. i was never informed about who exactly made it. but my best guess would have to be Moriarty Static. Which is someone who I... no longer talk to, and stay faaaaaaar away from now on. the group was part of the Second Life military community, I now have multitudes of outfits that fit the military theme. and quite the stories to tell from a dying community who all had good ideas, but were just executed poorly.
