You'd think by now they would have earned their happy ever after.
The world is saved, the beast known as Brian is dead, and V-town should be safe. Tommy and Rebecca have earned their time. They've even taken that honeymoon.
But it's never that easy. The city doesn't stand still, and Tommy's already on to the next challenge, but he's still got his friends to back him up.

Well I can't say we didn't see this coming... However I do think the HDL is forgetting one thing.... Beth was born from a union of a human and an anthro.... Perhaps Ging could be capable of causing the same thing to happen again..... They may need him more then they think.
Plus their actions are completely understandable.... They are after all a dying species.... and one that the city has already tried to exterminate a couple of times. Butchering them if they can be captured will only serve to cause an even greater alienation between the remaining humans and the anthros. As far as the humans having weapons... the Anthros will just have to deal with it.... They are completely defenseless against another attempted genocide without them... and I doubt even the non radical humans would give up their weapons without a fight to the death at this point
Not saying I can't understand how Tommy and Rebecca feels at this time..... but summary executions or allowing the force to go back to their old interrogation methods would be a bad idea. (ask me some day and I'll give a detailed explanation of my plan if this were to happen)

I think more than anything else Tommy feels betrayed by the HDL after he's saved the remaining humans time and time again. It's to the point that Tommy and Rebecca all but know each and every one of them by name, yet they still turn on them.
And I'm always open to your ideas and suggestions!
