Medium-age drawing. Character for a mostly villainous group who is one of those high-speed racers with the name of "Fastball" (yeah, very original, I know. *sigh*). The villain group, which I called "Animal Control" kinda died in concept, but I'm planning on redrawing and bringing the whole thing back up, at least for drawing.

The real fun part about this guy was that in his normal life, he is a country boy and absolutely hates the "goofy-lookin'" costume he is made to wear when on a mission.
