Brice Cosco is a former MediResc warzone surgeon who went rogue and joined the supervillan group "Animal Control" willingly as their medical specialist. However, his motives make him suspect: In exchange for his service, his only request was for high-end, specialized cybernetic body parts. Brice had his eyes,arms and hands removed and replaced with superior cybernetic parts made to his specifications- all of which improved his speed and level of medical attention he could provide. Even more suspect is the fact that he will often provide emergency medical support for those outside of Animal Control, and will ignore orders to do otherwise.
