Tom Baker era Time Lord Collar and Hat, made per request.
Collar is microcell foam and cloth trim. Hat is velvet panne with polyester "silk" lining. The matching robe is still under construction, but check back in a day or two and I should have the full outfit photo posted by then.
...and yes, the styrofoam head is too small for the hat/helmet. Only one I had on hand for display purposes at the moment, however.

Thank you! :) A few things I'll do different if I repeat either of these two projects in the future, but I (and, more importantly, the person I'm making it for) am happy with the first attempt. (Well, first attempt if you don't count the poster board practice before I started cutting into the foam).
