More than half way through the month and we're starting to hit the real bread and butter of what makes Halloween. Going hand in hand with the black cat, but just beating it out is the iconic witch! While not one I use often I really like the witch arch type, doesn't matter if they're good or evil just so long as they're old, bat-shit crazy green hags! I blame this due to my love of Gruntilda, who despite my dislike for the Banjo-Kazooie games themselves remains one of video gamedom's greatest villains! So it's only natural that I made this character in homage to the old hag.

When practitioners of the dark arts die, they get stuck in this ironic form, their skin and minds altered. Very rarely do they remain mentally stable. They're a constant force of chaos in the Netherworld, but usually are more humorous then a burden. Spirits that gain some magical prowess can also be witches and take a similar form, it just seems to be a specific mandate that can't be avoided.
