Fair enough, though I had trouble identifying a few:
Greifer, at far left, is dressed as Foulfellow Fox, from Disney's Pinocchio. (Easy one; I watched the movie a lot when I was little.)
Exe's costume, with the overalls and funny hat, is most likely the Captain from Steamboat Willie, Disney's first cartoon with synchronized sound. This was Pete's first part in the Mickey Mouse era.
Captain Furry's pink fur, collar and cuffs mark him as Hanna-Barbera's Snagglepuss.
You can't see Benny's face -- that's him as the Headless Horseman from Disney's Legend of Sleepy Hollow. (The pumpkin wasn't on fire in the story by Washington Irving, and Ichabod Crane couldn't tell it was a pumpkin; the Horseman had it on the saddle in front of him, so Ichabod thought it was his head.)
I don't have enough clues for Hubert's costume. Sorry.
Poppawolf and Joey are easy to identify; they're the ones dressed as Captain America and Bucky (in the style of the original comics, no less).
