Turns out she's not evil after all and in fact, enjoys Halloween and everything around it. She actually spread the rumors herself, so that only the kids that dare to approach her doorstep will be rewarded. The shrinking spell is only temporary. So for the next couple of minutes, those three kids are in candy heaven.
