This is part twelve of a thirteen-part RP story I did with  kerokason. It stars my eight Keepers -- Storm, Jobe, Michel, Jabu, Vyk, Nalan, Arlo, and Ryth -- and his villain, the Corrupted, the villain of our first RP story together, "Korrupted Keepers." This is, finally, the direct sequel to that story! It should've been a slam-dunk story completed only in a number of weeks . . . but terrible drama on one of our ends resulted in this whole story dragging on for nine whole months. We started it in late February and didn't finish it till just this past Monday! Still, it was a lot of fun to do, with me only playing heroes and him taking a spin at only playing a villain, and despite what he thought of himself, I thought he did really well at it!

In this twelfth part, the Corrupted tracks down the Keepers as they plan their final assault on him since their training is complete. But as it turned out, the Corrupted was tricked there by Storm, who just wants to let him know that they're ready to fight him. Brief words are exchanged, and then, it's time for the group to let the Corrupted chase them to where this whole story started: right on the plains of Ricard.

The battle begins and is fought long and hard, with both the Keepers and the Corrupted giving it everything they have against each other. The Keepers pull out their combination spells and really give their foe the business. But then, the Corrupted pulls out something even worse that might give him the upper hand. . . .

To let you all know, this story is set well before most of my other RP stories with others, so if timeline issues confuse you, I'll let you know when these events came about. This happens after "Storm and Scaler - Serval's Awakening" (a story I did with  Scaler Aegis), but before "Keepers and Hunters Unite!" (a story I did with  coyote71).
