I decided to make a reference sheet for one of my actually furry avatars on SL. I don't really make furry characters most of the time, so I needed one that people could draw for commissions/art trades.
PARTS LIST:
Mine (Zexen Alecto/Murder of Ravens) - wings, body, crown, mane, side arm fluffs, tail, paw-pad and claw textures, eyes.
Collaboration with Shadow Terrawyng (Total Shift Productions)- arms/hands, I did the rigging/some modeling work, she did the majority of sculpting/modeling.
Angelina Shen (Symbiotic) - Jackoshark head
Sylver Bu (Kinzart Productions) - legs, upper arm fluff, thigh fluff, feet.

Kai is an enderbeast hybrid. The rest of him isn't quite known. There is probably some shark and jackal in there, or perhaps another beast from the Other realm. In fact, we're not sure why this thing even exists; enderbeasts aren't known to reproduce, much less create offspring with other species.

Kai can speak and has a human level of intelligence. He is able to congregate with other enderbeasts quite safely; even if they nip him a bit, they soon find out that he is partly one of them, with the same gooey insides and regenerative abilities. He, too, feeds on soul energy, but unlike a full enderbeast, he must physically eat his prey to devour their soul. He has excellent hearing and unlike faceless enderbeasts, he can track his prey by sight, sound, and to some extent, smell.

When full, he is actually quite friendly and playful. He does stick his nose where it doesn't belong, such as in our bags when we are not looking. He delights in hearing stories from the crew. It seems like there aren't many intelligent species in the Other realm, so he has grown rather fond of us. Unfortunately, whatever personality he has is quickly overridden by instinct when his stomach begins growling. So far, we have tossed him a few live rabbits (one of the few normal animals living in the Other realm) to sate him.
