Your work is always a treat, but this piece is truly... mesmerising. I apologise if this isn't part of the standard repertoire of art critique, but I actually started salivating while looking at it. :) You make sheer panache look so effortless and casual!
It's beautiful. It's genuinely beautiful. Thank you for sharing it.

I have to compliment you on your wonderful composition. What I strongly appreciate (and this may not be the same with everyone) is the atmosphere in a work, and more often than not that atmosphere is achieved by a strict colour palette. You can use every colour under the sun, and you may produce a great work, but it rarely do you finish with something that has the same moody or emotionally evoking sensitivity. It's why a lot of black and white photos are so striking. Your use of colour is delightfully understated and not overly saturated. The subtlety of complementaries is very good as well, particularly in the building behind the character on the left in contrast with his garment as in the very foreground at the bottom right. What also perked my interested is the cityscape in the background where the buildings are ever so slightly at an angle. This makes the picture appear to be in motion, almost a sense of unsteadiness which is not commonly achieved in pictures that seem so still.
These are all probably things you are aware of being at your skill level so I hope I haven't bored you with my dribble! Haha. All that aside, I just adore your character design.
Keep up the amazing work! :)

Cheers for the great comment! I certainly agree with you on the benefits of using a limited colour palette, that is something I'd like to push more in the future. Admittedly the buildings aren't supposed to be leaning so I can't unsee that now! But I don't think I'd have done them any different even if I knew at the time :-]. Thank you for your insight!
