There is a reason for the ungodly amount of bandaging on her arms; it's to prevent her from slicing off her wings due to her fighting style. Which incidentally (at least, the more advanced techniques), brings two reasonably sized and of course sharp blades close to her arms, armpits and head.

Dreeeams~ I dream all sorts of strange dreams. I'm a semi-lucid dreamer - often I KNOW it's a dream, but I let it play out as it desires because I want it to. I almost never exert active control over a dream.
That being said, I like the picture. She's got a nice, unique yet comfortably familiar look to her. I could imagine her being some sort of assassin or such.
