her posture augmented by her desperate expression is heart breaking. She looks to have just lost someone, how does such a heavenly angle loose someone to what appears to be their assertion?

Holy Godess even the leading edge of her wings droop.
This composition is as wonderful as it is tear wrenching.
Or, maybe its just me interrupting through my own haze if so I apologizee for my views

Thanks, I had fun with it and tried not to over think it. Rather pleased with it so far. Working right now on fixing some of the problems with the other wing. Wish I was better at wing anatomy. Trying to use a swans wings for ref.

Oooh, swans have gorgeous wing spreads! I really like the depth you have with the shading. I love drawing wings, but always have difficulty coloring them.
If you'd ever like any assistance with a wing red line, I do love drawing them and certainly wouldn't mind. Love your stuff!
