This is My Kuvrahk-sona, Risha in his fully powered-up Ruler of the World form.
For those of you that don't know, Ruler of the world is a game that Kuvrahks play in the interest of fighting off boredom. It's basically a live action anime fighting game played with weapons derived from measuring instruments, such as rulers.
For those of you that don't know, Kuvrahks are the cute-as-fuck anthro dragons in
noben Noben's hillarious PG-13 webcomic, Altermeta. Check it out here: http://altermeta.net/
Risha's elements are Steel and Lightning, and his powerup begins with a thunderstorm brewing quickly overhead, while dust-sized shards of metal rise out of the ground along magnetic field lines originating from his body. He levetates and catches a bolt of lightning in the palm of his hand, and the shards coallesce around him and his meter-stick sword into a skin-tight suit of living metal armor with metal wings supporting powerful, magic fueled jet engines.
