I've seen some other folks complain about YCH's, but I don't see where they're so bad. But I think if the artist just kept using the same pose for more than 3 or 4 characters, then yeah, that would be pretty crappy :P I think people like seeing some variety, you know?
And there's nothing wrong with doing a money-grab every once in a while ;)

Yeah, i suppose that'd be a bit dull i think the main appeal would be for the person commissioning it, anybody watching the account expecting a different pose every time would be dissapointed i guess.
And yeah...i've been told about how 'i'm in it for the money' or whatever by this same person 2 times already, i got it the first time, and, well, yes, i like making money thank you very much...i'm happy, the people commissioning me are happy, i don't see what the problem is.
