Kitsunuki Studios! The cases arrived on my doorstep apparently JUST before I got home from errands. I wasn't expecting them until next week!

My manufacturer says there wasn't an issue.

24 in a case.

And.... 52 dollars for a case, based on a rough estimate from USPS. I'll see about getting some better quotes, but in general USPS is the cheapest.

Depends on how many you get. I tend to us USPS due to price/convinence.

In this case, I'm guessing it's going to be about 7 bucks for up to 3 cans, based upon in-head estimates of how many I can fit into the flat-rate box.
