I can see the 3d image, but it's hard to recognize... My guess it's a pair of legs / paws, standing in a forest. Am I right?

Aw, now I see it clearly! The little guy is in the bottom middle. And the big one has three toes on each paw! :)

For folks trying to see this, I find it helps if you sit back a foot or two from the screen. When I looked at it up close, my eyes would unfocus fine, but the image didn't quite come together.

Hint: It's two giant paws flanking a little dude.

Because you're crossing your eyes... Some magic-eye pictures are designed to be seen cross-eyed, but most aren't.

To see this one, you have to shift your focus. If you hold a finger in front of your face and focus on it, the objects behind it are blurred... Now, if you shift your focus to an object in the background, your finger gets blurry and splits into two? Essentially that's what you need to do here.

I tried, my eyes refuse to focus and lock back into position so the 'reversed image' is the only clear thing I can manage to do. ^^;

I'm pretty sure you are suppose to cross your eyes just a little. The trick is to see the pattern and crossing your eyes just enough so that 2 of the nearest patterns overlap and then to try to keep them overlapped and focus (if you overlap to far you'll see broken portions of what the 3d image is). You might see blurs at first, but once your eyes get adjusted to seeing it, then you are able to see it all in 3d.

I knew a guy in the military who had that same problem. I just assumed it was because he wore glasses.
Kept saying he would see it like a cut out that goes into the screen or something like that.

I see the little man standing in the middle of the two giant feet. Had face about 2 feet away and stared at the middle with eyes just relaxed going out of focus naturally and i starting catching the image.

That's... pretty complex compared to most of the magic eye things I've seen. Not bad though.

These never worked for me. I think it's because I'm half blind in my right eye.

If you can't see it, try holding a light near your monitor and focusing on the reflection.

My grandmother has had one of these since I was little. Probably why I need glasses now. XD

While yes, this may be an old post, I have to say: love these things. Works best if you have a controllable lazy-eye
