Well start with sketchs and work up to digital or whatever XDDD

There's no way to really "learn" how to draw. I mean, you can learn techniques, learn the basics of art, learn to use lines and shading and contrast and unity and all that jazz, but really? You just gotta do your thing. Experimentation is an artist's most valuable tool. Take a pencil, take some paper, look through a book of art, and then just…draw!

I have no pencils, no paper and no art books, i have no creativity, and i dunno how to even make a circle. or any other kind of technique, i am a pure beginner, i need something where i have a clue on how to do it.

You must have some writing utensil and some paper. I mean, what do you do your schoolwork with? In place of an art book, just use an online gallery. I'd suggest browsing through classics, though, instead of FA or dA or some site like that. Find an online resource with copies of works by professionals, take some inspiration, and just put it to the page.

i do not do school work, i study by myself, and what are classics?

Well, you could always make a trip to a local art or office supply store and grab some stuff.

Classics would be works done by the famous masters of art - Van Gogh, da Vinci, Matisse, etc.

Look at pictures of other peoples art, study how they pose there characters, how they draw them , ect
you'll figure out a style you like when you get used to it :)

that could be hard to do unless you meet someone in person.

The best thing to do is start with basic shapes, and learning how to use them to make more complex things. I never believed in that before, but I've found that it's the best way to do it.

I know how you feel..
I can't draw worth anything, no matter what I do everything looks crappy and uneven..
So I do know how upsetting it can be to have all the ideas in the world and no way to show anyone.
Anyway I hope you can find help with your drawing and maybe when you get a handle on it you can help me.. #_#'
