Chuong: Uhm where's Mirror Fox, Hailstorm Leopard, Plasma Panther, and Frozen Husky?
Anh: Doing something else since they're busy. Mirror Fox is helping Mayor Clarkson trade in his Charger for a grey 2015 Chrysler 200C with the works. The other UN1024s are testing out its security features as well as testing to see how fast can they find Mayor Clarkson in a busy downtown area under two hours by pretending to be terrorists.
Avon: Tried to find Mayor Clarkson by pretending to be a terrorist to test out Soil's theory of his car protecting him from enemies and so far, I can't find him. Only those Clarkson has given permission to track his car down with GPS technology can find him which includes us too.
Zachary: I tried too and looks like the terrorists won't be able to find him anywhere. Plus, the darker tinted windows help protect him too. Looks like playing hide and seek with Mayor Clarkson is going to be very tough now that his car blends in with the busy downtown in WC. None of us could find him so that means none of the terrorists are going to be able to find him quickly because the cops will catch up to them soon. Even the Baltic Bad Boys wouldn't be able to find Clarkson in that car in a busy street either. So Bendraqi is really going to be steamed up when he can't find Clarkson anywhere as long he drives his 200 in a busy area.
Chuong: Looks like Soil's theory has been confirmed then; that 200 will shield the Mayor from unwanted publicity to the enemies.

Super C: Those four elected not to participate, Chuong. M.F. is running his car dealerships, and the others are doing their regular things. H.L., though, is attending the tournament in person but he's not bowling.
Mayor Clarkson: I felt ready to get rid of that Charger anyway; it has almost 204,000 miles on it. I'm amazed it's lasted me this long.
Super C: What year model?
Mayor Clarkson: 2002.

Super C: What year model?
Mayor Clarkson: 2002.
Mayor Clarkson: Very much, yes. It's a great car. Plus, it will at least get old nutso fatso out of my face. The Charger may have been a 2002 model, but it still attracted attention for some reason. With this car, privacy will somewhat start to make a comeback.
Chuong: The Charger was made to be a performance car from the start so yes it was made to draw attention. This new car will give you privacy and Bendraqi won't know that you existed. He might think you just disappeared from Wildcat City in this car too.
Volker: Didn't Bentley started off as a performance car company?
Chuong: They did but they were bought out by Rolls Royce after WWII so they can help design a variety of cars for intelligence agents during the Cold War so they can infiltrate the Soviet Union. After the Cold War, Bentley once again became its own company to compete against Rolls Royce as the two British automakers compete to see who makes the best cars for intelligence agents and luxury thrill seekers. So far, the black Bentley Flying Spur remains a popular choice for intelligence agents around the world today and most recently, among some spec ops soldiers in some countries who specialize in ambush missions to capture terrorists out of the blue to bring them to justice as quickly as possible.
Mia: And so far, with my ambush platoon under my command in my native Madagascar, not a single terrorist has escaped from me. We strike at night and before they know it, they find themselves facing justice before they can even strike.
Jack: You know Mia? I should try your idea and lead a platoon of spec ops Marines under my command with each of them driving a Bentley. Who says American Marines can't enjoy luxury on the job if this plan is cheaper than using tanks or even helicopters? Strike at night, surround the enemy compound with Bentleys, and pull a surprise attack on them and force them into surrendering almost like a Trojan Horse tactic used by the Greeks. I should try this plan!
Star: Now some of the American children whose fathers are spec ops Marines can tell their friends that their dads drives a Bentley on the job to protect America! Even better that on Career Day, when kids bring their parents to school and have them talk about what their jobs are, all the schoolchildren are going to want to listen how America's finest Marines owns a Bentley and drives them on the job to defend their country at home using ambush tactics at the brink of nighttime. Yes that costs tax money but cost analysis says that Bentleys are much cheaper than conventional military weapons yet they do the job just as fine. Not to mention, war has changed as our enemies use efficient means to accomplish their goals than to use sheer destruction since they draw too much attention which will lead heroes to stop them on their tracks.
Chuong: In the end, two can play that game. If they can sneak around and smuggle things, we can sneak around and stop them. If they use fast cars as getaways, we have Bentleys to catch up with them. Anything they can do, we can do better without doing much and no its not about powers. Its about planning *points to my own head* and strategy.
