Allow me to present to you the crew of the slipperiest ship on the seven seas, the "Poseidon's Thrust"! The crew, from left to right be as follows.
Grisser - The Thrust's nimble scout. He'll chop your fingers off if you touch his bird. It's happened.
Da Boz - The Thrust's sharpshooting gunner, His dark colors make him hard to see in the dark, and he can hit you right in the eye at a hundred paces.
Nikorilla - The Thrust's lookout. You should see this guy climb the mast. It's intoxicating. I mean, efficient.
Bobo - The Thrust's First Mate. He doesn't actually need that eye patch for any reason, he's just a bit self conscious as a pirate. Has great reflexes and can catch anything you throw at him.
Canis - The Thrust's Captain. He designs the crew's outfits, and is always on a quest to find a bigger feather. Also has the biggest sword.
Artdecade - The Thrust's Second Mate. Doesn't really say much but I've seen him finish a man in only two strokes.
.. with his sword I mean.
RGHU - Refuses to tell anyone what his name stands for, but he's the Thrust's enforcer. Don't mess with him or he fuck you right up.
and finally
Addison - The Thrust's cabin boy. He does laundry and keeps everyone's blades sharp and barrels gleaming.
This was an OC session with BlazingCheeks. Took about 4 hours, and it was a lot of fun.

Dunno, the conversation was simply for the sake of friendliness. We never really talked or gotten to know each other.
But from my opinion hes a decent person and a good artist. So id say were just acquaintances then actual friends. Though i wouldn't mind if he wanted to get to know me someday.

Everything looks really great except for a few details here and there. I mean the guns look a little too modern and some of the clothing doesn't match the time period. I'm not sure if you were going for historic accuracy or what just looked good. Either way, it looks great. :)

Gay is awesome (especially your depictions of them). Butts are awesome too (...no comment). Pirates rate right up there on the List of Awesome� with Ninjas, Sandwiches, sitting, penis, and chocolate. You need to do a BELLY'D NINJA BRIGADE PICTURE i am so totally rambling i'm gonna hit the button now before this comment becomes any less coherent <3

Maybe next month we'll do another group piece for the theme (I happen to know what it is) with some different folks in it.

i like the picture in general, but it looks like they are preparing to board another ship, at least in my opinion they looke like they are prepating for that, but normaly they dont board from the front side of the ship but from one of the sides to provide maximum area for the bearding crews. now anothing thong i dont like on a pirate ship, the front figure... its well made indeed, but a devil or a grim reapers would scare a merchant ship more (they are going out a merchant ship arent they) or are they follish enought to try to attack an unprofitable and behond dangerous warship? great work both of you
They're not boarding a ship, the captain is giving them some sort of inspirational speech before they do something epic. THere were a number of different word bubbles present during the creation of this image. My favorite one said "Blowjobs for every lad who kills a sailor!"
It's an amazing piece, as always, and I'm just filling with honor that you asked me if I wanted to be a part of this, heh. Though you know you never have to ask, I'll be apart of anything you like! ;). The costumes are phenomenal and the coloring is fantastic as well, you always blow me away with your stunning coloring jobs. Plus I love the ship, I love everything about it! It's really just wonderful, thanks again for including me in this.

Wow, you did this in an OC session?! The colouring's great - I'm really impressed! (The watercolour tool and I don't always get along so well ^_-)
How many layers did you have?
