This time I'm really happy of how your creation looks... it's done very well, and is of much higher quality than the rest of your animations. You said "it's not moving much" but still you did the bodyshape really well comparing to your previous works... Try make all your flashes like this one and I anticipate a great increase of your abilities very soon as well as watchers number ;) And I have to praise you for the eyes... they look really nice and friendly... The staff looks very well either... The opaque and glowing sphere of energy looks nicer than I would expect... The sense of movement is decent because the material and the hair flattering upon the wind force look undoubtedly interesting however there's still much practise on the way to perfection. After looking at the waves I can say they're not very noticable but put a great accent on movement. The last two things I would like to praise you for are background perspective which is correct and the shadows... You did very well at shadows however some more investigation on this indeed very difficult aspect of light is still needed and I advise you to do so. After summing all this up I will say that this flash is moderately good but still the best you have done so far... Good luck to you and I'm looking forward to your further arts...

PS: Why I just didn't say "that's nice!"? I could but still we are friends and I believe you can do it much better... we all can... don't let anyone stand on your way to perfection :D
