Most people by now probably know that Crimson doesn't like Dash, so when Dash insisted the two workout together this was the end result ; Dash being the demi god of a wolf's workout mat. With a heavy foot planted on his face and gut, poor Dash won't be going anywhere as Crimson pumps sweat into the fox until his entire body is drenched and bruised.
And yes those weights say 2000.... Crimson doesn't do gentle. We can also assume they're kilograms.

I also like the way he looks to be uninterested, so having no care, about what is happening under his own feet... but at the other side the way he put his feet (especially the one on the head) maybe shows how much carefully he pointed them in the right place to be as much dominant as possible and/or giving the much pain possible.
