It's not even about if there will be a season 3 or not

Monty Oum was a cool guy and a great artist and he died

It makes me recognize that the same thing could happen to me with my allergies, and it makes me remember when he was just starting out a while back

It would be selfish to debate over if his series would continue at this time

I had heard the news about his passing away yesterday, came as a great shock to me. :( Monty Oum was great guy all around and especially a great 3D model artist/animator. I remember that a few years ago, I was recommended by a few friends to works such as "Haloid" and the "Dead Fantasy" series when I first heard about him...I'd been a fan since then. I'd never seen anyone animate dance & fighting choreography the way he did...simply spectacular to say the least.

May he rest in peace, he was an inspiration to many people.

It was a serious shock when I heard about him dying... he was such a nice guy and AMAZING artist... he inspired my brother to go into graphic design for video games, and he is doing well in his courses in university trying to reach this goal... he would have likely gotten a factory job (and in this city, it sucks because no one works with workman's comp or unions all that well...) like my father if Monty didn't inspire him...

RiP, you will be sorely missed...

and RWBY is likely gonna at least be at least finished to the end of season 3... I don't think anyone at RT would allow one of is final projects to not be completed... in memory of their friend and coworker...

Monty's the whole reason i started learning animation, so one day i could look at my work and look at his and just see how much more i have to learn. dude was my inspiration to keep living
