It's a Hood. I won't lie, for this one I saw an picture on Google with a ninja anime girl wearing something like this and I liked it, but I put my own little style to it. Bit I didn't trace it. I did my best with free-hand Drawing it. Even though I've been Drawing even since I was 11, I'm still a little rusty with my artwork.
