Powerpets may at first appear to be lacking in the art department, but the site is very well coded and offers a lot of stuff to do, and extremely active and helpful staff. We focus primarily on real life animals rather than fantasy animals, because PP is aimed at educating people about the welfare/care of pets and other animals. Not as well known as Neopets or Subeta, but we've been around since 2002 and continue to improve upon the existing site every day :D

Do you have a patreon or kickstarter for it?

We don't at the moment no (though that's a good idea, I'll mention that to the site owners, we rely mostly on purchases made through our cash shop) we're in the process of rebuilding the site from scratch on a whole new server, so things should pick up once it's complete. There's some secret new content coming too :D

and hey! You're always welcome to try. We are always looking for new artists (though it' free work, since we're non profit) If you ever feel like trying, just contact Sweetfire (that's her username) or myself. Most of the content is provided by myself and a couple other artists, so we're pretty thinned out right now.
