He eats out real dragon's brain, just b/c he hates them so much to suck them up.

His body temp. too high that dry hot smoke comes out of him, and when he swims around the clouds, evaporate all the moist and cloud, so no rain but deserting. Or brings thunderstorms and hails to destroy the land.
