This is Alexis Storm but not as you know her. It is highly recommended that you leave her alone or be very gentle and kind to her in this form as her emotional behavior is highly unstable and extremely unpredictable.

The reason for this is that Alexis Storm died as a child as some of you already might know. She was blown to kingdom come along with one other person in the house when her house was blown up. It was her mother. Very little is known about her other than she came from a distant planet to Alexis's home world and came with knowledge of technology far more advanced than anything they had so far. Only the planet's military officials and scientists knew she existed, this included lieutenant-general Storm. In fact, without her the ST series shell Alexis inhabits never would have been made. After the tragedy and all other ordeals she had been through, she focused on the foggy natural memories she once had and shifted accordingly, recreating the appearance of her mother. She sometimes says she can feel her spirit in this form but that information is unknown.

Long story short, Alexis has turned herself into a Xeno Vixen hybrid in the image of her dead mother.
