Eighth leg – Tropaco Bay
Once past the Brighton Bridge Expressway lies a pristine tropical coastline with beautiful beaches and palm trees far as the eye can see. Topaz City serves as a hot vacation spot getting offering its guests any manner of fun and relaxation any time of the day.

The last leg of the rally opens up to Route 86, a dangerous paved road that snakes its way along a cliff side with a sheer drop off into the ocean on one side. Its sudden twists and turns along with little guard railing to speak of gives it almost room for error. Eventually it opens up into Topaz City with heavy traffic choking every square mile of dense streets. The last stretch takes players through the Summer Carnival Centre with the finish line at its back entrance.
