Also we were in a kinda busy parking lot, I didn't think it would go over well with management if we were waving guns around out there. In my experiences ranges are often fairly paranoid about safety due to how many safety violations they see on a routine basis. Wanted to leave a good impression on them.

That and Open Carry isn't legal in Philly.

It is legal if you have a LTCF, though I understand that Philly has gone out of its way to harass OC'ers in the past.
