Here are some redlines for ya:

I really like your style, it's expressive and you have very good control over clothing. Even though the shading on the jeans was done with an obviously wide brush, it looks good (and it took me about two looks to even notice the large brush!).
Similarly, the hair on Alto is rough and sketchy, but well done in basic form. It really just seems that, by putting some more time into it, you could easily improve the look of already acceptable lineart.
Moving down, Alto has a very thin neck and prominent collarbones - I suspect that this is good anatomy taken too far, because simply toning down the lines and removing some of the extraneous ones could make Alto appear much less 'skinny' and more 'cute.' As I stated previously in the redlines,
onta,
jijix, and
blueblur8lover are excellent at this body type, and I regularly use their sketches for reference. Jijix in particular has a rich and well-updated Scraps section which is super helpful.
Anyway. A few less lines in the neck/throat area will help to make him look better, and then we get to the torso. Here it's obvious that you know what to do, but there are a few errors. With thin people, muscles are less prominent than skeletal structure - while this may seem extreme, it isn't necessarily so. For example, the ribcage is large and egg-shaped, with the top nestled among the collarbones and the cutoff set mid-way between the pectorals and the belly button. The abdominal muscles are a flat 'ribbon' of muscle that spans from the bottom rib across the abdomen to the pelvis. Almost any way someone is standing, it is possible to see the outlines of the ribcage, and it helps greatly in showing the 'roundness' of the torso. Without this, it makes the torso seem flat and elongated.
In conclusion, I think there are parts that you've done very well (pants) and other parts that could be much improved with a little more work.
Hope I was helpful!

this drawing was done really quick and was coloured mostly as a quick thing so i remember what i was thinking for the colours and everything be fore i forgot
