Depends on the size and complexity, anything from $400 to $2000 and up. As for customising them, well, anything really, as long as it can be practically made. Every customer commission I'd say is customised, as only one exists. They will fit sleeves and sph's too if you like that, just drop them a mail, they will tell you what it will cost, and what can and cannot be done.
