Well that is one the desciding factors that I think make the story believable.
Almost all gay guys in real life fall head over heals for a straight guy that let their gay friends get close and personal. Straight guys are considered "forbidden fruit". When you're told you can't have something, you want it all the more.

I have a question, (not that there is anything wrong with the comic because there isn't) but why are the pages so huge on FA?
Like I read comics on my phone and laptop but it looks better on my phone but laptop they are all stretched and such..
But good read so far, might want to shrink the white side borders a bit though, keep the stretch down...

Well at first I used FA as a secondary file saving method. That was early on and now I have the pages on other media as well. Very early in the comic I switched from computer to ipad for my art medium. Sketchbook has a few preset canvas sizes that I just automatically used because I was new at it. On the iPad, looking at large sized images on FA are resized so they fit the iPad screen. I hadn't noticed the pages being so big at first so I just continued with it.
But almost all of the pages are this size. Now I continue to draw and post them this size for consistency and don't plan on making them smaller. Sorry, I hope this answers your question.

Wow! Rain's right: it totally DID looked like he was making a move on Rick x3
I honestly hadn't even thought about it ^^' I thought Rick was gonna lecture him about 'not sleeping and cuddling with friends who have a crush on you'
Anyway, I love this page! Rick is such a sweet ans wise guy, always knows what to say =3

I really like this story, because it's not one that's often told. Like you said above I've seen a lot of gay guys, especially younger ones newly out, fall for the very physical straight guy, and how confusing and frustrating it can be. Of course in most cases I don't blame the straight guy because he doesn't know the effect he's having. We haven't seen much of Tim, but I assume he's very similar to Garrett in his reasons for loving Rain. In this case I'd say all three are to blame. Garrett and Tim for some of their behaviors before the story and in the earlier chapters and Rain because he knows they love him, but is unwilling to confront them directly. Kissing Garrett was also not the best move. Honestly, the three of them are just hurting themselves and each other.
Another great part are the female characters, Nora and Garrett's friend. They both have their own personalities that aren't dependent on the guys, and are just interesting characters in general. I'm sad to see Nora go, but I'm glad she made the best decision for herself, and probably for Rain too. I feel like too often stories about queer men lack any women that are more than just a plot point, and they suffer for it.
I'm really interested to see what happens with Rain. Part of me wants him to realize he's straight after all and that he can't change that, while another part of me wants him to end up with one of the guys. I actually hope that neither Garrett or Tim ends up with him, because I don't see a healthy relationship there. Personally I'd prefer he ends up with Rick, though after this chapter I don't see that as likely. Overall this is a great story, and I look forward to seeing where it goes. Good luck
