[Edit] Those of you just joining us, bear with us the art gets better.

I’m doing a comic called Seattle Fur. It’s a story about three friends and the journey of their relationship with each other and discovering themselves. All while brilliantly based in the booming North West metropolis of Seattle Washington!

Characters featured.
Rain the husky, straight
Tim the cat, gay
and Garret the panda, bisexual

The comic will contain language and mature themes but most likely no graphic sex. Expect PG 13 content only.

Oh, awesome! I have no idea how long I've been on there, but it's the same for me, I was under a different fursona and rarely attended before. Under my new 'sona I'm a lot more active.

theres quite a number of furs in seattle and the surrounding areas. theres even a con at the seatac convention center every september called rainfurrest thats a blast! :D

Yep there are some of us gray muzzles in the mix of furries in the Northwest. Myself I'm out in the San Juan Islands.

wow a year old post still getting replies every so often, probably the ads, also yes, I happen to live in this state, but, 8+ hours away over near Spokane, I can see Idaho outside my bedroom window, quite litterally

Cool! not a Seattle fur... opposite end. closer to the PDX way of life in Ridgefield/Vancouver.... can you move Seattle a bit further south? I would like to hear Washington in the local advertisements please

ABYTHING..... the local buzzword here is "Oregon". the Oregon food banks, the Oregon humane society, the Oregon dairy farmers..... And once in a great while, we hear about the Great Wolf lodge.

Well the story is based in Seattle. And it's heavily intergrated throughout Seattle already, it's the city I'm most familiar with. It would be impossible to change the location at this point. Oregon might be mentioned but i don't think everyone is just going to pack up and move there.

Heh. You should check out Ontario, Oregon. Idaho has so much influence there, they're even in a different time zone than the rest of Oregon.

There are quite a few furries in Washington; RainFurrest is packed every year, and not just with people flying or driving in. Yes, there's a furmeet at Kenmore Lanes, but that's north of Seattle; I'm south and I have no idea if there's a meet down here any more. Used to be, but nobody wanted to do anything but play Magic, so us three or four non-players were bored and quit attending.

Yet another Seattle Fur checking. Nice to know there are some local artists on here. As for Rainfurrest well being a staff member there is a lot of fun but definitely takes a lot of planning the year before.

I've always wondered how many furries were local to Washington. I've never been to a furmeet because I live out in the Styx, in a little redneck town called Quilcene... Would be nice to get to know other people other furries in the State.

I was in Redmond for years, though now I live over in Bothell, WA. ;O Not met too many furries here, though some of the ones I met around Redmond were kind of jerks, haha.
