The tail is from an SRS Female Griffin, you can find their vendor (SERIOUS Avatars) at YIFF sim, it's pretty much the closest the the spawn, on the left side of the shopping rows. Buy a package, receive an update, it will be there. And yes, it comes with copy / modify / no transfer permissions.
