Mascots4Kids Event - Furry Circus School 2015
Ah, a homage to the iconic Hang-In-There Kitty. See, this is why that poster has a cat on it and no other animal:

This event took place on April 11th of this year and was organised by
, founder of the Mascots4Kids group. The group consists of freelance costumed character performers (a.k.a. mascots) and attendants who appear at charity and commercial events in and around the Toronto area and bring happiness and joy to all.
