I've been thinking about this for a while now, so here he is! The snake behind those robot suits.

Lukio makes enchanted robotic suits for snakes. A sense of pity, but moreso a strong desire for oneupmanship are what drive him to give his fellow serpents some limbs, to bring them on equal footing with those naturally legged bastards. He'll help any creature out, as long as they're polite and don't try to doublecross him afterwards. If they do try something funny, he has some very creative ideas for revenge and payback.

He lets his hood drape around his face, nearly wearing it as a hat, reflective of his gentle, caring nature.
