Some may recall back when Oz was introduced, that there was another being who could match him in power, and was equally feared throughout the galaxy... Well here he is, introducing Wrath:

Wrath is the enforcer of the religious Followers of the Light known as The Believers. His number one goal in his life is to rid the world of the demons that plague it, only leaving the pure along. He is not afraid to prove he has the abilities to send his victims to the Lightbringer to cleanse their unholy souls. His means of neutralizing demons is usually shunned upon by his brethren, as it almost always leads to death. Civilians fear Wrath for the simple fact he is violent and ruthless, but magicians and sages believe that he is almost untouchable, sensing he may carry one of the two strongest powers in Millenia. After meeting Oz for the first time in an encounter that would be the death of others, Wrath becomes intrigued with this dark being. He battles Oz in what seems to be tests of strength, and although he has no intentions on killing him, he taunts Oz by helping him out of difficult situations only to say "I won't allow anyone else to defeat you, as that privelage will belong to me."

The Power of Light
Wrath is an extremely dangerous and deadly individual, his powers being able to match even those of Oz. He harnesses the power of light, and in that means, he can control anything related at all to the light. His powers do not disappear in the dark, but they lose their amplified power.
He also has many abilities, to list a few:
He can push others back with an extreme light blast from his fists, it flings the target away, and cripples them, leaving them defenseless.
He has unnatural healing abilities.
He can absolve lost souls that wander the streets, sending them straight to the realm of the Keepers, where their souls will be cleansed, or destroyed altogether.
He can imbue himself with the power of light, amplifying all his abilities to that of the Keepers.
He can draw power from individual Keeper planets (but only one at a time.)
He can heal any wounds with the power of mending.
He can ressurect others from death, or banish them to the otherworld to pay for their unfaithfulness.
These are just a fraction of the things Wrath can do, he has many more destructive, imposing abilities he's just waiting to unleash on any who dare defy him or the Lightbringer.
