The Sun Glory, a plant found in many fields and glens. Loving the sun the plant can be found in clearings where the sun keeps it's full light on the area.

Many people use the plant as a morning wake up brew. Using either the leaves or seeds ground up to make a potent tea.

A commonly used plant or waking up in the mornings many tribes plant it around the villages and towns. Animals avoid it as it has a bitter taste, which is why many add some honey to make it more palatable. The seeds are even sold in markets, dried and part of daily life for many people.
