The Gooch, one of the most recognized and plentiful of the types of fish people harvest. Found in rivers and streams as well as the seas, this hardy fish makes it's home wherever it can. Giving live birth and born pregnant these fish quickly replace numbers taken by predators or fishermen.

Feeding on anything they can swallow these fish will even eat floating agea using their gills to filter it out of the water. Breeding seems to be it's only defense as it's spines are harmless unless you get stuck while it wriggles. As long as there is water and some room, these fish will find a way to survive making them ideal to farm.
