Here is Dakkota Wolf completed as of now. There may be some subtle detail enhancements, but this is the results of the last couple of months working on my first attempt at my first fursuit that i build completely myself. This was a very enjoyable project, so much that i want to begin doign commission suits in the future, once i get some things cleard up, and probally will begin the first commission in the new year.
For those that is seriously interested in a Fursuit built by me, email me with a request, and i will add you to my Fursuit Commissions notification list, ( this list will be an email list of those that will recieve news and notifications of prices, packages, plans, dates, etc.
The only other items i have to complete for Dakkota is his sandals, and the challenging "full Indian Headress" ( as seen here in the first art pic of Dakkota done several years ago: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/119382/ )
The headress and native indian theme is sort of Dakkota's tradmarks, as is the two feathers and war paint on his muzzle. The headress would only be worn in parades and special occasions like photoshoots, etc. It will be either a chalenge to build, or find one to buy that matches his original drawn one.
I have a number of people that are interested in commissioning me for a fursuit already, so to grab the higher spots on the list submitt your name.
In the mean time, i plan on hoping i can give Max a makeover before MFF, then somtime in the new year i plan on beggining work on the Henning Hyena suit...another challenge.. :P
So i hope you like how Dakkota Wolf turned out, and keep youre eyes open for him at Midwest Fur Fest next month !
- P.S., he's very huggable so dont be afraid to say hi to him ! :P

He sort of "evolved' i guess, with some of his markings, colors & style changing over the years in the art works. He is now at his permanent markings, except for maybe some minor additions. His signature "red & blue" war paint, and feathers have remained much the same though. :)
Forgive me if you already know about it but... http://www.greyowlcrafts.com/headdr.....ddresskits.htm
Scroll down a bit past the buffalo horn kits. It seems you get the pick your own colors when buying a headdress kit... seems to fit the bill enough.
