Going through the Spontoon website and my own gallery, it appears that, while I have posted a coloration based on her, this charming character sheet I commissioned from  karno a couple of years ago has never seen the light of day!

Cicely "Ciss" Lopp, a Spontoon native, is the trusty secretary of the Spontoon Islands Constabulary Service Detective Bureau. First appearing in "The Wolf Without Wings" by  eocostello, she wound up taking a starring turn in "The Catto Comeback", culminating in a sizzling tango with Rosie Baumgartner as Inspector Stagg watched with glazed eyes and a grin... ;)
