Love that tail! Anatomy-wise, the hands, arms, face and knees look pretty solid. The feet could use a bit of shaping to look more natural; maybe more bone structure visible in the toes to show that they're toes. Can go either the dragon-like chicken-feet kind of way or the dog-like way most easily with where they're at now, but you could also just go whatever direction pleases you. :)
