Disturbing fact: lightning produces antimatter particles and it adds to its destructive power. Jet lightning from the tops of large thunderstorms eject antimatter particles into space. There's an antimatter belt around the earth that is part of the Van-Allen belt system. All this was accidentally discovered when a satellite put in orbit to look for evidence of antimatter in distant galaxies and was being tested before it was aimed.
