"Here we have Mega Mutt, or Lithius Bennett that has been captured by a kidnapper after he had a big fight with another supervillain. After the fight, he was mostly drained of his energy as he flew back to his home and to a back alleyway, as he got dressed back up in his civilian self, he was grabbed from behind and was given an injection that made him helpless as two goons carried him away into a van. After waking up he found himself inside a dank cellar tied up to a set of steel pillars that had been hammered into the ground. Once he awakened from the injection he was looking at his cape, mask and emblem thrown onto the floor and had taken a beating only to see an old friend of his standing in front of him, a friend he knew since his college years was the kidnapper and kept him inside the cellar. He said to Lithius that ever since he told the cops about the accident he caused he wanted to get even with Mega Mutt. As his friend wanted a little more time, he caused a fire to happen inside the college, while the fire happened his former friend got hurt in a blast and had to have surgery after a piece of wood from a desk had lodged into him, leaving him have a scar running down his torso. Eventually the kidnapper left him in the cellar, as he stated that the city will fall once mega mutt has been dealt with. He even told him that he injected mega mutt with a special serum that will keep him from regaining his powerful strength. He then left Mega inside the room knowing that he might not be able to remove him but he can certainly make him disappear. A few days later and the city began to go into a turmoil causing mega to doubt himself on him being a hero to the city as he is helpless to do anything."
