well yeah I know but that how you draw a big muscular guy by drawing the heads smaller than the normal proportion to the overly muscular bodies you get the effect of the character being a big guy. so if you draw the head bigger than the body the character will look short which is way chibi characters have big heads.
While you do have a point that drawing the head smaller can make the body look bigger, I feel it only works best on a full fledged piece by itself, so that's probably what is throwing me off with this , as it's a bunch of pictures.
But I still think that you can get away without using that particular visual cue. =P
