For Wolf-Wind of DA of her character Cycius
I put together this image of Cycius using elements found in nature, but ran it through the laminator twice to get the wrinkles out, and it jammed, destroying the image. If I had left it alone the first time, it would not have done this, but would have had wrinkles in it. It was supposed to be used as the center piece in a dreamcatcher like object.
I am going to try it again, only this time with different media than laminant to protect the color of the autumn leaves.
I did a conbadge for my mate using a leaf that laminated fine, and I assumed this would too. It was originally an experiment to see if the lamination would preserve the color of the leaf, which has for about 2 weeks kept its color as vibrant as when I found it. This is my first autumn and I have found myself fascinated by the changing trees.
