Whoa now that's something I don't think I've ever seen, a buck that is just sitting there watching you. I would have thought he would have fled off. Gotta love the reflecting flash from the eyes.

Deer tend to stand stock still if they think there's danger. Better to hope they don't notice you than to guarantee they notice. They run when they KNOW there's danger.
