Wolf Queen, my dear femme, you may say "pissy little roebuck" as much as you want, but you have to admit he was the only one of the two of you who had any idea how to calm a mob situation that was about to go critical...

Hmmm... only part of my post made it... rest was a comment that it was sad that the little one has lost her mother... we may hope there is a father out there to receive a healthy little one... but then again, who says the father may not have already succumbed to a similar fate as his mate...
Even with the skillful 'command-voice' and the Master's socialization, he presented reasonable thoughts to the crowd/riot/mob's to consider their next actions... and they accepted them and acted on them (they had the understanding to know it was best to disperse to preserve their hope). This representative sample of Eastness population does share a reservoir supply of elf-wisdom.
